This year's gala is all about recognizing the legacies women create through their leadership, determination, and dedication to making a difference. Meet Our Featured Panelists!

One of the highlights of this year's gala will be an inspiring panel discussion featuring three incredible women from our Butler County communities. Each brings a unique perspective, valuable experiences, and a story worth sharing.

Becky Wolfe

With nearly 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Becky Wolfe has dedicated her career to helping organizations and communities grow stronger. She has worked with more than 90 organizations across Kansas and Iowa, specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, and team building.

Her experience includes 20 years directing a community leadership program in Butler County and 15 years working with local chambers of commerce. Becky currently serves as the Hunt Coordinator for the nonprofit Kansas One Shot Turkey Hunt. She and her husband, Mitch, have also co-owned an auto repair business in El Dorado for 35 years.

Katie Smith

As the owner of Katie Smith Agency, Farmers Insurance, Katie Smith brings the perspective of a local business owner and entrepreneur to our panel. Her experience in business ownership offers valuable insight into the challenges, opportunities, and determination involved in building a successful career.

We're excited to hear Katie share her experiences and the lessons she has learned along the way!

Bailey Martin-Rutliff

Bailey Martin-Rutliff serves as the Executive Director of the Butler County Historical Society and Kansas Oil Museum. Through her work in nonprofit leadership and historic preservation, Bailey plays an important role in celebrating and preserving the stories that have shaped our community.

Her perspective on leadership, community involvement, and preserving history will make a wonderful addition to this year's panel.

Together, these three women will share their experiences, lessons learned, and thoughts on the legacies they are building. We can't wait to hear the conversations and inspiration that come from this incredible group!
