El Dorado Civic Center
| The El Dorado Civic Center is available for all kinds of soirees: conventions, weddings and receptions, business meetings or training sessions, banquets...you name it, the Civic Center will work to accomodate it. |
| Providing just over 9000 square feet of rentable space, the Civic Center offers a large assembly room (5168 square feet), another room (roughly 600 square feet) that works well as a food service area for buffets and 3 breakout meeting rooms each measuring 17' X 27'. One of these rooms contains a small kitchen to be used as a staging area or in conjunction with the breakout rooms. Additionally, there is a large kitchen area which can be used by caterers for large weddings, reunions, etc. |
| Also available are 5, 6-foot oblong tables, 5, 8-foot oblong tables, 50, 6-foot round tables, 6, 4-foot oblong tables and 428 chairs, 80 of which are padded. |
| The Civic Center is equipped with a built-in sound system with CD and cassette capabilities as well as 3 wireless microphones and the built-in dance floor provides an area for "happy feet". |

Other equipment includes 3 portable podiums, a portable stage with steps (12, 4' X 8' sections), big screen for overhead projector or PowerPoint presentations, an overhead projector (single page), a TV/VCR combo, 2 utility carts and 6 sections of latticework backdrop (8' X 8' each). |
